To be used in giving prizes [scholarships] to students at the Presbyterian Colleges who memorize and repeat correctly the answers to the 107 questions in the Westminster Shorter Catechism. Any residue left over at the end of the year will be awarded to the college that has made the most constructive efforts and shown the best results in promoting the catechism program and in securing successful candidates for the awards for memorizing.

Lapwai, Idaho, and in the even that this work should cease to be advisable the income be transferred to other work for Indians carried by the the Board of National Missions.
