shall be used for the college education of an American Indian Youth from The Goodland Presbyterian Children's Home, Hugo, Oklahoma, who has shown an ability to do college work by being in the top ten percent of his graduating High school class and is determined to be most deserving and qualified by the director of The Goodland Presbyterian Children's Home. If it is determined that there is no such qualified student, the Board of National Ministries of the Presbyterian Church in the United States may select as such student for the same purpose and under the same qualification another American Indian youth. If and when in the judgment of the Board of Trustees of said Presbyterian Foundation, Inc. (U.S.). The Goodland Presbyterian Children's Home, or the Board of National Ministries of the Presbyterian Church should cease to exist or have no need of funds for such purpose, the income from this fund may be used, in the discretion of said Board of Trustees, for some similar college educational purpose for American Indian Youth.
