Upon request from Presbyterian Women (and/or its successors), the Foundation shall pay any or all of the income and principal of the Fund to the Women's Ministries Program Area of the National Ministries Division of the General Assembly Council of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), 100 Witherspoon Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40202-1396 (and/or its successors) (hereinafter the Beneficiary), subject to the following restrictions: 1. All distributions of the Fund shall be used by the Beneficiary at a national level to benefit women through conferences, special programs, projects, gatherings, publications and consultations. 2. Proposals for distribution from the Fund shall be submitted by the Beneficiary to Presbyterian Women, based upon an evaluation by the Beneficiary of the priorities of the whole program area and its constituencies. 3. Presbyterian Women, through a Special Fund Committee, shall review, evaluate and act upon the proposals submitted by the Beneficiary. The Special Fund Committee shall include representation from the Women's Ministries Program Area. 4. Based upon the recommendations of the Special Fund Committee, Presbyterian Women shall submit to the Foundation a written request for distribution from the Fund, specifying the amount of income and/or principal of the Fund to be distributed to the Beneficiary.
