Said net income will be recorded on the records of the Presbyterian Church U.S.A. toward the Annual Christmas Offering of the following churches: One half shall be credited to the Allison Presbyterian Church located at 1520 West 21st street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202; and One-half shall be credited to the Holmes Chapel Presbyterian Church located at 309 North Dillard Street, Monticello, Arkansas 71655.Should the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) cease to administer an annual Christmas Offering which is for the support of supplemental pensions and nursing home care assistance and the support of minority education, then said net income shall be used by the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) as follows: One-half (50%) of the said net income shall be used to support supplement pensions and nursing home care assistance through its Board of Pensions; and One-half (50%) of the said net income shall be used to support minority education.

To McGilvary Faculty of Theology, whose current address is Payap University, P.O. Box 161, Chiang Mai 50000 Thailand to be used as its Board of Directors shall determine. Should McGilvary Faculty of Theology of Chiang Mai, Thailand be merged or consolidated with any other educational institution of the Presbyterian Church (USA), its proportionate share shall be entitled to receive all the benefits of this gift and shall be obligated to administer the same in all respects and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Further, should, McGilvary Faculty of Theology of Chiang Mai, Thailand or its successors cease to exist or cease to be part of or officially connected with the Presbyterian Church (USA), then their proportionate share of said net income shall be paid to the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (USA), to be used for purposes as similar as possible to the original intent of the Donor.

The remaining one-half thereof to the Board of Education of the Presbyterian Church, U.S.A., to establish the George W. and Vinne B. Shelton Memorial Fund, to be invested and the interest used perpetually for the education of poor young men in prepatory schools and colleges preparing for the ministry, or young women preparing for missionaries, the preference being given to young men and women from the States of Tennessee, Kentucky and North Carolina. I desire that they shall receive aid in the following order: those attending Cumberland University, Lebanon, Tennessee; Washington College, Tennessee; Tusculum College, Greenville, Tennessee, and Maryville College, Tennessee. These to be preferred. Others not to be excluded. This income shall similarly be credited annually to the benevolences of the Second Presbyterian Congregation of Pittsburgh of which I am now pastor.
