To the GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (U.S.A.) shall use the said income from the fund hereby established as determined by the International Health Ministries office of the Global Mission Ministry Unit or its successors for the Medical Prpgram of the Communaute Presbyterienne de Kinshasa as outlined in Appendix A. In case of emergency, up to 10% of principal may be withdrawn should the International Health Ministrites office determine that there is an emergency need whereby the expenses of the medical program of the Communaute Presbyterienne de Kinshasa exceed net income earned.
