I give, devise and bequeath said undivided two fifths parts unto The Trustees of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in the United States (popularly known as the Southern Presbyterian Church) the net income, issues and profits thereof to be used and applied in founding and maintaining a Ministers Home for the Aged and Disabled Ministers and their Widows of the said Church (those of the states of Maryland and Virginia to have precedence) whenever in the judgment of said Trustees of the said Church it shall be deemed expedient to use and employ the principal and corpus of my estate in this sixth item of my will, with such other funds they may have, they are hereby authorized and empowered to do so, in establishing and maintaining said Home for said purposes, and with that end in view, the said Trustees of said Church are hereby fully authorized and empowered to sell and convey any and all of the property embraced and comprised in this Sixth item of my will.
