to be used for the purpose of developing programs and resources designed to challenge individuals and churches of the Presbytery in the encouragement, development, and support of the mission and evangelism programs of the Presbytery. Those programs and resources developed will place an emphasis upon revitalizing the smaller congregations of the Presbytery and will be beyond, and in addition to, the provisions of the Presbytery regular program budget. A Planned Giving Committee (hereinafter called the Committee) shall be charged with developing the programs, and expanding the designated Net Income of the Fund through regular communication, to the Presbytery and its congregations. The Committee will be established in accord with all governing rules and guidelines of the Presbytery. The Executive Presbyter and/or the member of the staff responsible for the development of Presbytery and congregational mission and/or evangelism will be ex officio members of the Committee. After the year 2005, at any time Presbytery determines that the usefulness of the Fund is no longer effective, it may dissolve the Committee and re-direct use of the Fund's Net Income for any mission endeavor which Presbytery has cause to support; provided, however, that any such Net Income shall not be used for any regular Presbytery administrative or other budgeted expenses.

The Fund to Encourage Generosity in Giving | 102240100638

For the purpose of developing programs and resources designed to challenge individuals and churches of the Presbytery to become better stewards of God's gifts, emphasizing the continuing giving of tithes and offerings in grateful response to God's Grace. The programs and resources developed would be beyond and in addition to the provisions of Presbytery's regular Stewardship budgeting. A Fund Committee shall be appointed for the purpose of developing programs and expanding the designated income. The Committee shall consist of presentation from three areas of the Presbytery concern, to wit: stewardship, witness, and evangelism, and will be established in accordance with all governing rules and guidelines. The Executive Presbyter and/or the member of staff responsible for the development of congregational evangelism and disciplehood will be ex officio members of the committee. After the year 2005, at any time the Presbytery determines that the usefulness of the Fund is no longer effective, it may dissolve the committee and redirect use of the Fund's income for any mission endeavor which Presbytery has cause to support; provided, however, that any such income shall not be used for any regular Presbytery administrative or other budgeted expenses.
