to the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Foundation, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation with its principal offices at 200 East Twelfth Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130, as trustee, provided, however, (i) for a period of seven (7) years, beginning on the date the sum is received by the trustee, the Presbytery of Denver, 1710 South Grant Street, Denver, Colorado 80210-3194, may withdraw all or a portion of the principal and accrued interest thereon for the purpose of acquiring real estate for the new church development and/or the calling of staff, or an organizing pastor for new church development; (ii) at the expiration of the seven (7) year period, the trustee shall transfer any remaining balance to the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) to be used for new church development.

Shall use the said income from the fund hereby established primarily for the support of the HIV Work Group and secondarily, for us in the area of HIV Educational and Action in a Christian perspective either within the bounds of Denver Presbytery or anywhere there is a need for such support by the Presbyterian Church. Should the presence of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) HTLV@ cease to exist as a medical problem, then the said net income should be used for problems related to immunological diseases.
