To promote and accomplish the goals and objectives which are as follows: The income shall be used exclusively for religious, educational, and charitable purposes: to promote and assist in promoting Christian living and good citizenship, to enable young people to secure an adequate education; to alleviate distress and suffering of individuals; to benefit mankind regardless of age, color, creed, or nationality. The principal of the Fund shall be maintained in perpetuity. The Presbyterian Church (USA) Foundation covenants and agrees to memorialize this gift by designating it in its records as the Rath Charitable Foundation Fund, while the Presbytery of North Central Iowa shall distribute all of the net income therefrom under a separate account identified as the Maude H. Rath Memorial Account.

The Westminster Presbyterian Church of Lime Springs, Iowa shall use the said income from the Fund hereby established as follows: One-third to the Presbyterian Camp on Okiboji Miller's Bay, Milford, Iowa as long as the camp is managed by presbyteries of the PC (USA). If the camp ceases to be managed by PC (USA) presbyteries or the Synod of jurisdiction, this 1/3 shall be used to support camping, conference or retreat centers ministering to youth and such use shall be determined by the successor Presbytery of jurisidction for that part of Iowa that was within the boundaries of the Presbytery of North Central Iowa as it existed in February of 1992. One-third to support Christian Education ministry as determined by the successor Presbytery of jurisdiction for that part of Iowa that was within the boundaries of the Presbytery of North Central Iowa as it existed in February of 1992. One-third to support new church development and/or church revitalization as determined by the successor Presbytery of jurisdiction for that part of Iowa that was within the boundaries of the Presbytery of North Central Iowa as it existed in February of 1992.
