shall use said income from the Fund hereby established to pay for Presbyterian Sunday School materials ordered by Holmes Chapel Presbyterian Church, or its successor, of Monticello, Arkansas. Holmes Chapel Presbyterian Church is to submit the bill for these materials to Pines Presbytery. Pines Presbytery is to pay the publishing house directly to the extent of income received, and Holmes Chapel Presbyterian Church will be responsible for the balance of the costs. If income exceeds the cost of materials for more than two years, the excess from the second preceding year shall be paid to Johnson C. Smith University, or its successor. If Holmes Chapel does not purchase Presbyterian Sunday School materials, or if Holmes Chapel Presbyterian Church ceases to exist, income shall be paid by Pines Presbytery to Johnson C. Smith University. Should Johnson C. Smith University cease to exist, then Pines Presbytery, or its successor, shall use said net income for purposes as similar as possible to the original intent of the DONOR.
