The Foundation shall pay the net income from the Fund (hereinafter the Net Income)to the Presbytery of St. Andrew, 24 County Road 231, Oxford, Mississippi 38655 (hereinafter the Beneficiary), after the expiration of each calendar quarter (or at any other regular time interval as established by the Board of Trustees of the Foundation from time to time) for the partnership program of the Beneficiary, the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), and Ntem Presbytery, E.P.C., Cameroon, Africa, a validated mission project of the Beneficiary (hereinafter the Ntem Presbytery). Principal amounts in excess of the original corpus of $7,000.00 (hereinafter Excess Principal) may be requested by the Beneficiary, in writing, with the restriction that such distributions of Excess Principal shall be used for the Ntem Presbytery on a matching basis with funds from other sources provided by the Beneficiary. All amounts of Excess Principal and Net Income disbursed from the Fund shall be administered by the Beneficiary's Presbytery Council or other committee appointed by the Beneficiary for that purpose.

To enable youth of St. Andrew Presbytery to attend and participate in Christian youth leadership training events such as conferences, seminars, camps, and other functions outside the boundaries of St. Andrew Presbytery. The Accumulated Income shall be used only to defray the expenses involved for the youth of the Presbytery to attend and participate in Christian youth leadership training events such as conferences, seminars, camps, and other functions outside the boundaries of the Presbytery. Youth as used herein means those persons under the age of nineteen years who are members of the constituent church of the Presbytery. Preference should be given to assist youth who have demonstrated interest in the work and life of their local churches, the Presbytery, or the youth programs of the Presbytery. The Accumulated Income shall not be used for the support of annual Presbytery budget, including the budget for youth programs or other general work. Said Presbytery shall also have the following responsibilities: - to transfer immediately to the Foundation any gifts designated for this Fund and received by the Presbytery. - to acquaint churches and church members of the Presbytery, at least annually, by such methods as my be determined appropriate, with the opportunity of making gifts and bequests to this Fund. - to acquaint the youth of the Presbytery, at least annually, by such methods as me be determined appropriate, with the Opportunity of requesting use of the Accumulated Income for the allowed purposes. - to determine at least annually the uses of the Accumulated Income in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and to request withdrawal of Accumulated Income according to the policies of the Foundation then in effect. The written request for withdrawal must be received by the Foundation at least ten business days prior to the last day of any month to be effective for that month. Such written request for withdrawal shall state that the Accumulated Income is being used in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
