To be used for the Presbyterian Agency for the Developmentally Disabled (PADD) in memory of E.P. and Katie Elkins Lee. The funds should be sent to the Presbyterian Agency of the Developmentally Disabled (PADD), c/o Presbytery of New Harmony, Florence, SC. Should PADD cease to exist, the income should be sent to The Presbyterian Home of South Carolina in Columbia, SC to be added to the E.P. and Katie Elkins Lee Fund to be used to aid needy Dillon County, South Carolina residents at the Florence, SC Presbyterian Home. Preference should be given to those of them and/or their spouses now or formerly involved in the ministry of the Presbyterian Church (USA).
