Principal withdrawn to be used for capital investment such as either land or building development, said request to be in writing and to include verification that Presbiterio del Noroeste has approved the principal disbursement by a 3/4 vote.

To be used for the Presbyterian Agency for the Developmentally Disabled (PADD) in memory of E.P. and Katie Elkins Lee. The funds should be sent to the Presbyterian Agency of the Developmentally Disabled (PADD), c/o Presbytery of New Harmony, Florence, SC. Should PADD cease to exist, the income should be sent to The Presbyterian Home of South Carolina in Columbia, SC to be added to the E.P. and Katie Elkins Lee Fund to be used to aid needy Dillon County, South Carolina residents at the Florence, SC Presbyterian Home. Preference should be given to those of them and/or their spouses now or formerly involved in the ministry of the Presbyterian Church (USA).
