The General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) shall use the said income from the Fund hereby established in consultation with a committee appointed by the Amelia County High School Board, Amelia, Virginia, or its successor, for the education of graduates from Amelia Count High School enabling them to go on the higher education in college, university or Christian seminary. Fifty percent of the income is to be used for African American students. [December 4, 1994 Rev. Taylor directed the income from this fund be sent directly to the Presbytery of the James for further distribution.]
