100 % income recipient is Synod of the Mid-Atlantic to be utilized as follows: a) One-third (1/3) of the annual income to be used for the benefit of the orphans under the control and training in Presbyterian related children's homes in the Synod of the Mid-Atlantic with first preference to homes in North Carolina and Virginia, division of the funds available to be determined by the Synod Council. b) One-third (1/3) of the annual income to be used in the maintenance and support of Presbyterian related schools in the mountains of North Carolina, division of the funds available to be determined by the Synod Council. c) One-third (1/3) of the annual income to be used and applied for the benefit of home and foreign missions which are maintained by the Synod of the Mid-Atlantic. d) In the event that any of the purposes for which the income is stipulated shall no longer need these funds, that portion of the funds shall be used for the advancement of the cause of the Church and for Christian Education.
