To assist the Presbyterian Homes, Inc. (PHI) in defraying the cost of care provided for elderly persons of the Presbyterian faith who now or hereafter reside at, or choose to reside at, Westminster Village or any other retirement living facilities now or hereafter reside at, or choose to reside at, Westminster Village or any other retirement living facilities now or hereafter operated by PHI within the Presbytery's District, and who are otherwise unable to assist the Presbyterian Homes, Inc. (PHI) in defraying the cost of care provided for elderly persons of the Presbyterian faith who now or hereafter reside at, or choose to reside at, Westminster Village or any other retirement living facilities now or hereafter reside at, or choose to reside at, Westminster Village or any other retirement living facilities now or hereafter operated by PHI within the Presbytery's District, and who are otherwise unable to pay for the full cost of such care. In each calendar year of the Trust, the Trustee shall distribute to the PHI an amount equal to 6% of the net fair market value of the Trust assets valued as of the 31st day of December of the preceding year. Any income of the Trust in excess of such distributable amount shall be added to principal.
