(b) One-sixth (1/6) to the Division of International Mission, General Assembly Mission Board, Presbyterian Church (USA) 100 Witherspoon Street, Louisville, KY, 40202-1396 (or its successor) for the support of a missionary. (c) One-sixth (1/6) to the Clerk or Treasurer of the Presbytery of New Hope (or its successor) Station Square, Suite 136, Rocky Mount, NC, 27804, for the use in its home missions. (d) The remaining one-sixth (1/6) to Westminster Presbyterian Church, the Westminster Aid Fund (or its successor), 301 East Whitaker Mill Road, North Carolina, 27608 for relief of persons in need. This devise to the Presbyterian Church USA Foundation or its successor as provided in this ARTICLE V is further conditioned upon said foundation agreeing to provided, and providing, an annual statement of the Edwin M. and Ottie Ray Stanton Memorial Fund Endowment principal and in income to each of the charitable organizations listed in (a) thru (d) above as assurance to said charities that y directions and wished as contained herein are being followed.
