Roxanna Booth Manor Memorial Fund | 102261102203
The Foundation shall reinvest all income into principal and the only distributions to be made from the Fund are as specified herein. The Presbyterian Housing Foundation of West Virginia, Inc. 2335 North Bank Drive, Columbus, OH 43220 (hereinafter PHF) shall have the right to make withdrawals from the Fund, for the sole benefit of Roxanna Booth Manor, Kenova, West Virginia. Such withdrawals shall be earmarked and used by PHF, as determined within the sole discretion of PHF, to reduce rental to needy senior citizens, to establish a reserve fund for renovating, updating and expanding the Roxanna Booth Manor building and to reduce initial start-up operating deficits. Any requested withdrawal shall be in conformity with a Board resolution, and certified by an appropriate officer of PHF, specifying the use(s) stipulated by PHF for the withdrawal, such use(s) to be in accordance with the restrictions as detailed above. Any such withdrawal shall be made in accordance with the withdrawal procedures of the Foundation then in effect. PHF shall submit, on an annual basis, a report of the utilization of any such withdrawals.
