The Foundation shall reinvest net income, so that said net income becomes principal, until notification that all non-charitable interests have been terminated for the LEE V. AND GRACE A . KLIEWER FUND a charitable remainder unitrust, established by Lee V. Kliewer and Grace A. Kliewer on September 8, 1994, and governed by agreement #94-320, of which the Foundation is currently Trustee. Upon notification that all non-charitable interests have been terminated, the Foundation shall distribute all principal and income in accordance with paragraph 4. DISTRIBUTION TO CHARITY of agreement #94-320. Then to Princeton Theological Seminary, Princeton, NJ, to establish a scholarship endowment fund under the name of The Kliewer Family Scholarship Endowment Fund of which the income shall be directed to the support of the student or students whose home is within the bounds of the present Synod of Southern California and Hawaii. If no student from that area qualifies for scholarship assistance in any given year, then the income from the fund may be used for scholarship assistance in any given year as directed by the Trustees of the Seminary.
