The annual distributions of this fund will be used by SEPR in order to support a course of Ecclesiastical Administration and to provide and award to a student who excels in the course as follows: 60% of the annual distribution shall be used to provide for the compensation of the professor who shall officiate the course of Ecclesiastical Administration at SEPR. As such, the course will be offered each academic year. The professor will ensure that there will be a project in his/her course that will serve to motivate students to excel in the area of church administration, accentuating creativity, biblical soundness, good administrative practices learned in class, and implemented in a practical context. 40% of the annual distribution shall be awarded by SEPR to the student that completes the course of Ecclesiastical Administration with a) a score of A- (A minus) or better and b) a project in the course of Ecclesiastical Administration that accentuates creativity, biblical soundness, good administrative practices learned in class, and implemented in a practical context. SEPR may choose to give the award to more than one student annually, however the annual award shall not be less than $1,000 per student (unless the annual amount allocated for the award is less than $1,000, in which case it shall all be awarded to one student).
