To be used for a student assistance fund, with need determined by the seminary, and preference given to students preparing for work in world missions. Any student receiving assistance from this fund must be committed to: a full-time vocation of preaching or teaching the Gospel of Christ; accepting Holy Scripture as the word of God for all generations, the inerrant source of authority for faith and practice of the Christian faith; shall unreservedly subscribe to the historic Nicene Creed as an expression of the Christian faith; and shall adhere strictly in the conduct of his or her life to the teachings of the Apostle Paul as outlined in 1 Corinthians 6:9-20.

For use as outright grants to students at said institutions who are among the top ten percent (10%) of their college or seminary class and who show promise and excellence for ministerial service or for teaching in the Lord's service. Those selected by the colleges or seminary shall receive grants to defray tuition expenses for up to as much as the full cost of tuition for their years of study up to and including study for a master's degree of the colleges or a B.D., M. Div., D. Min., or other equivalent basic degree of the seminary.
