The spending payout from this fund will be paid to the Presbytery of Greater Atlanta. The Presbytery of Greater Atlanta will then distribute the funds to nonprofit organizations annually in the following manner: 50% of income to be used to support homelessness in greater Atlanta; 30% of income to be used to support refugee ministries; 20% of income to be used to support racial/ethnic justice issues.

In the event that First Presbyterian Church does not need the monies in any given year, the Session may support the music ministry of other churches in the presbytery of the Presbytery itself.
