The net income shall be used to provide annual scholarships to students at the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary, 2000 University Avenue, Dubuque, Iowa 52001-5099. Students shall be selected based upon a primary emphasis on financial needs with those students seeking a Master of Divinity, Doctor of Divinity, or Master of Arts in Mission and Discipleship, or any comparable designation established din the future to be considered in the selection. Should the Dubuque Theological Seminary Close for any reason in the future, this permanent endowment fund being administered by the Presbyterian Church (USA) Foundation may be transferred to any other Presbyterian Church (USA) Seminary.
