Shall be used to encourage and support the development of new Christian leadership, and to enhance the potential of the existing Christian leadership. The income is to be used as a specific addition to approved funding sources, without equalization of any kind. The following suggested uses are to serve as a guide in using the income from the Fund and are listed in no particular order: education for needy local youth in Christian institutions; special training or education for local Christian leadership; assistance for students training to become Christian leaders with preference given to those planning to serve in the local area; special Christian learning opportunities for the citizens of the area known as Pierce County, Georgia. Blackshear Presbyterian Church may accumulate any unused annual income from the Fund, for use in the future, ONLY if a future use has been identified to the Foundation, otherwise said income shall be returned to the Foundation to be added to the principal of the Fund. Blackshear Presbyterian Church shall provide an annual accounting of the use of the income from the Fund to the Foundation, and the Foundation shall periodically verify that the use of the income from the Fund is in accord with this agreement.
