To the Board of Directors of Allahabad Christian College [India], separate and apart from the Board's [of Foreign Missions n/k/a Coemar] regular appropriations, for use as follows: (1) Scholarships in amounts to be determined by the Board of Directors through its Scholarship Committee may be awarded to Christian students resident in Holland Hall; and (2) If at any time the income is not needed for scholarships for Christian students resident in Holland Hall; scholarships may be awarded to Christian students in other units of Allahabad Christian College [India]. If the circumstances should arise in which the income can not be used for scholarships in any unit of Allahabad Christian College [India], it shall become part of the Scholarship Fund of North India Synodical Board or its successor, and in case the use of the income for that purpose should become impossible, the principal and the income from it shall be at the disposal of the Board of Foreign Missions of the Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A.
