To be used each year for the support of a deserving student in the United Theological College of Saharanpur, India. However, if, for any reason, the United Theological College is discontinued, or if because of war contingencies or other reasons, the work is discontinued, the Board shall have complete right to use this income for the support of a student in any other theological institution - preferably in India. It is understood, of course, that in case of a temporary suspension, the original purpose of the gift will be carried out as soon as the United Theological College resumes operation.
