The FUND shall be invested on a total return basis. For purposes of determining the amounts withdrawable from the FUND, the FUND shall be valued as determined by averaging the market value of the FUND as of the last business day of each calendar quarter of the preceding calendar year and five percent (5%) (The Annual Distribution Rate) of the average market value shall be paid annually (The Annual Distribution Amount) to the Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Home & Family Services, Inc., Monticello, Arkansas. The distribution strategy for this FUND should generally be in concert with the FOUNDATION's policy for its Spending Formula as determined from time to time by its Board of Trustees. However, The Annual Distribution Rate stated may only be changed by the FOUNDATION upon express written consent executed by the DONOR (or its successor in the interest). The PURPOSE of the withdrawals from the FUND will be in support of the activities of the Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Home & Family Services, Inc., Monticello, Arkansas specifically to provide for the annual operational costs of the Teaching Family Home. Should the Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Home & Family Services, Inc. discontinue the use of the Teaching Family Home system, then this FUND will be used by Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Home & Family Services, Inc. for similar purposes. The FOUNDATION shall provide an annual report to the DONOR within 90 days of the end of each calendar year setting forth (a) the fair market value of the assets of the FUND as of the last day of such calendar year, (b) the FUND balance as of the beginning and end of such calendar year and an itemization of the amounts withdrawn by the FOUNDATION for the purposes described above, and (c) the amount of income and appreciation for such calendar year allocated to the FUND.
