Fifteen percent (15%) of such amount to and for the benefit of SANTA YNEZ VALLEY PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH now located at 1825 Alamo Pintado Road, Solvang, California 93463 to be administered by the Presbyterian Church (USA) Foundation, Jefferson, IN 41730, and used for the purpose of establishing a permanent Jack R. Brink and Joyce D. Brink Endowment Fund, the income from which shall be distributed as follows: i. Forty percent (40%) shall be used by the Church for its music program, with the entire amount going to Friends of Music, or if Friends of Music ceases to exist, then by the choir officers and if there are no choir officers, then to similar programs determined by the Church Session. No amount is to be used for staff salaries except for training at Berkshire Choral Festival Institute. ii. Sixty Percent (60%) thereof shall be used for local outreach.
