DONOR/BENEFICIARY reserves the right to move the principal of this fund from one investment vehicle (within the permanent investment vehicles offered by the FOUNDATION) to another upon written instruction from the Session. The initial investment shall be placed in the balanced growth fund. DONOR/BENEFICIARY shall use the income from the Fund established hereby solely for building improvements in accordance with decision of Session. Should this purpose become obsolete, impractical or impossible to perform in the judgment of the Session of DONOR/BENEFICIARY, said income shall be utilized for such purpose as is designated by Session.
