Net income shall be used as its Session shall decide. Should Calvary Presbyterian Church undertake a major building program or a building renovation program or suffer major damage to any of its facilities by fire, earthquake or other catastrophe, then said organization may withdraw at the market value at the time of withdrawal, part or all of the units of participation or shares assigned tot is proportionate share of the fund held for it benefit, solely for use in such building, renovation or restoration program. Such withdrawal shall be maid in written to the Foundation after the governing body of said organization has passed an appropriate resolution which is made a part of the minutes of the correctly constituted meeting of the said governing body. The governing body should determine that the use of the principal of their share of the invested funds for the building, renovation or restoration program, is of greater need then the ongoing receipt of the income from such invested funds. Such withdrawal shall be made in writing according to the rules for such withdrawals from unitized common investing funds then in effect at the Foundation. Such written requests for withdrawal shall be for a minimum of $1,000.00 each and shall be in the hands of the Foundation at least ten days prior to the fund valuation date on which the withdrawal is expected. Income on the investment of the withdrawn principal shall cease upon the valuation date on which the withdrawal is made.
