Shall use the said income from the fund hereby established to assist worthy and needy persons of said Montview Church with First preference to be given to a parent or parents with younger children. Preference should also be given to persons not receiving welfare or other aid from federal, state or local agencies except where such governmental assistance is of a temporary nature or of short duration. The Faith and Action Committee of Montview Boulevard Presbyterian Church (or the successor committee of said church) shall administer the distribution of income this Fund according to the terms of this Agreement. Should such need cease to exist then all said net income shall be used for the Christian Education work of The United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A.
