Beginning January 1, 2002, all amounts of accumulated net income and current net income as received in the account shall be available for withdrawal upon request by First Presbyterian Church, Eustis, FL, to be used in order of priority: (1) for the purpose of providing grants to candidates who are full time students in accredited colleges, seminaries or graduate schools, and who desire to work for the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) as ministers, Christian educators, youth workers or music directors, as the session shall determine in its sole discretion; and, (2) for church supported mission as the session shall determine in its sole discretion.
