The Peace River Presbytery shall use income as similar as possible to the original intent of the Donor. [Donor's original intent: The net income is to be used to pay for the salary and benefits of a Parish Nurse licensed in the State of Florida and employed either part-time or full-time by Chapel by the Sea Presbyterian Church (USA). If the Parish Nurse position becomes vacant, or should the net income exceed the cost of salary and benefits, then the net income from said fund shall be used for local mission programs as determined by the Mission Committee of Chapel by the Sea Presbyterian Church (USA).]
