The First Presbyterian Church of Winter Haven, Florida shall use said income from the Memorial Music Endowment Fund - First Presbyterian Church of Winter Haven solely to enlarge the worship and outreach of the church as expressed through the music ministry. It shall not be used to supplant regular, necessary or ordinary funding of the music programs; but shall be available for discretionary needs within the music program. There shall be at all times an administrative committee consisting of the senior member of the music staff, one from the church membership at large, and two church members who are active participants in the music program. The latter three shall serve on rotating, non-consecutive term of three years; and their successors shall be selected by the committee itself. The committee shall determine the use to which the income shall be applied.
