Shall use the said income from the fund hereby established for the planning, promoting and encouraging of peacemaking and or peacekeeping as its Session shall decide. In the event that the income is not used by Covenant Presbyterian Church or the above mentioned purpose within one year from receipt of such funds then the Session of the Covenant Presbyterian Church shall transmit said income to the Presbytery of jurisdiction with the same restrictions.In the event that such funds are not used by the Presbytery of jurisdiction for the above mentioned purpose within one year from receipt of such funds, then said funds are to be transmitted by the Presbytery to the Synod of the South of the Presbyterian Church (USA) to be used to involve people in the planning, promoting, and encouraging of peacemaking and or peacekeeping as determined by the said Synod.In the event that such funds are not used by the Synod of the South or its successor for the above mentioned purpose within one year from receipt of such funds, then said funds are to be transmitted by the Synod of the South to the General Assembly agency or office charged with the responsibility for promoting peacemaking within the Church, to be used by said agency or office to involve people in the planning, promoting, and encouraging of peacemaking and or peacekeeping.

Shall use said income from the Fund hereby established for work among children at the point of greatest need, as determined by the Session, especially as this work relates to their health and welfare. It is to be used specifically to provide for the basic needs of needy children for such things as shelter, clothing, food, medical necessities and the like as determined by the Session. The children so provided for, or their families, do not need to be members of Peachtree Presbyterian Church, or its successor.
