St. Lukes Presbyerian Church of Dunwoody, Georgia shall use the said income from the Fund hereby established as outlined in the agreement between Louis C. LaMotte, Jr., St. Lukes Presbyterian Church, and Pembroke State University dated March 30, 1993 for the Sara and Louis C. LaMotte Scholarship.
