Distributions are restricted for professional development of Collegiate Presbyterian Church Staff. Professional development shall include, but not be limited to, conferences, retreats, continuing education, sabbaticals, and books. Use of the monies should be determined by the Church Staff, with approval of the Session. Distributions from the fund may be accumulated, at the discretion of the Session, and be carried over for up to three (3) years. Beginning on January 1, 2057, the distributions from this permanent fund shall be released from the restriction for use for professional staff development and distributions may be used for the general purposes of the Church as the Session may then see fit.
