Should the Pastor's Discretionary Fund or the Board of Deacons cease to exist, the surviving entity shall be entitled to receive all the benefits of this gift. Should both the Pastor's Discretionary Fund and the Board of Deacons cease to exist the income shall be used to meet the immediate ministry needs of members and non-members in the neighborhood and community at the discretion of the Session.
