The Foundation shall pay eighty percent (80%) of all capital growth and all income accumulated for the previous calendar year therefrom (hereinafter the Distribution) annually to the First Presbyterian Church, whose current address is 410 Second Avenue, Sterling, IL 61081 (hereinafter the Beneficiary), to be used as follows: Seventy percent (70%) to be used by the church for the general purposes of the church as determined by the session; and Thirty percent (30%) to its Presbyterian Women's Association for religious or charitable uses. The Beneficiary must be physically located within ten miles of the north end of the First Avenue Bridge in Sterling, Illinois, or the Distribution shall be paid to the Contingent Beneficiary.
