Shall use the said income from the fund hereby established at the discretion of its Session. The Session of the John Knox Presbyterian Church of Indianapolis, Indiana shall have the privilege of withdrawing, at market value at time of withdrawal, the units of participation or shares assigned to the fund established by the investment of the beneficial interest of this gift. Such request for withdrawal shall be made in writing to the Foundation after the Session of the John Knox Presbyterian Church of Indianapolis, Indiana has passed an appropriate resolution which is made a part of the minutes of a correctly constituted meeting of said Session. Such withdrawal shall be made according to the rules for such withdrawals then in effect at the Foundation. Such written requests for withdrawal shall be for a minimum of $500.00 each and shall be in the hands of the Foundation at least five days prior to the fund valuation date on which the withdrawal is expected. Income on the investment of the withdrawn principal shall cease upon the valuation date on which withdrawal is made.
