The Foundation shall reinvest the net income of the Fund (hereinafter the Net Income) into principal until the corpus of the Fund reaches $5,000.00, so that such reinvested Net Income becomes principal. After the corpus of the Fund reaches $5,000.00, the Foundation shall pay the Net Income therefrom quarterly, after the expiration of each calendar quarter (or at any other regular time interval as established by the Board of Trustees of the Foundation from time to time), to the First Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 457, Great Bend, Kansas 67530, for its General Fund.

43% for the General Fund. 57% for Boy Scout Troop #157 sponsored by the Men's Club of the First Presbyterian Church of Great Bend, Kansas, so long as it is an active, chartered troop. The funds are to be used to help send needy Scouts to summer camp experiences, and are to be used in that calendar year. In the event that Boy scout Troop #157 is not active, or that the funds are not used in that calendar year, the funds are given to the Centennial Scholarship Fund of First Presbyterian Church of Great Bend, Kansas.

30% of the quarterly net income shall be reinvested back into the principal of said Fund and 70% shall be paid to the First Presbyterian Church, Great Bend, KS therefrom quarterly. Should the Foundation's regular payment procedure be changed to facilitate annual income payments, then said income shall be paid on an annual basis. The First Presbyterian Church of Great Bend, KS shall use the said income from the Fund hereby established as outlined below: 50% For the Centennial Scholarship Fund. Preference for the income from the Gary and Bette Tranbarger Family Fund should be awarded to any applicant(s) who is a member of First Presbyterian Church, Great Bend, KS and who will be attending Barton County Community College. If no applicant meets this preference, the income from the Fund will be added to any other amount distributed from the Centennial Scholarship Fund for the current year. 50% For the General Fund.
