shall be entitled to distributions from the Fund as follows: The Foundation shall reinvest the income of the Fund into principal, so that the net income of the Fund (hereinafter the Net Income) becomes principal, until March 17, 2002. In the event that the Beneficiary constructs a new fellowship building by March 17, 2002, [fellowship building was started in the fall of 2000 and completed in the summer of 2001] thereafter the Foundation shall pay the Beneficiary the Net Income after the expiration of each calendar quarter (or at any other regular time interval as established by the Board of Trustees of the Foundation from time to time), to be used by the Session for the operation and maintenance of the new fellowship building. Additionally, if the new fellowship building is constructed as described above, beginning on March 17, 2009 the Session may request annually, in writing, up to 20% of the principal of the Fund, as valued on the first day of such calendar year, for major repairs and capital improvements of the new fellowship building.
