Thereafter only the net income (hereinafter the 'Net Income') therefrom shall be paid by the Foundation in quarterly payments as follows: Fifty percent (50%) to the Beneficiary, for use in its general fund; and Fifty percent (50%) to the Beneficiary, for purchase of adjacent properties or relocation. If each year's funds are not spent in ten (10) years, they shall be released to the Mission Program of the General Assembly, commonly known as the United Giving Mission or benevolence. (These amounts shall be in excess of the Beneficiary's benevolence pledge.)
