shall use the said income from the fund hereby established at the discretion of the Session of the church as a scholarship for any seminary student(s) who is (are) a member(s) of the congregation and who applies for this assistance for any or all expenses incurred in obtaining seminary education pursuant to a theological or church-related degree. In the event that, in any given year, there is no eligible applicant from the Fallston United Presbyterian Church congregation, then Fallston United Presbyterian Church shall make the net income available to the Commitee on Preparation of the Baltimore Presbytery, or its successor, for similar use for any candidate(s) under its care. In the event that, in any given year, there are no candidates who apply, then Fallston United Presbyterian Church shall be responsible for returning the net income to the Foundation to be added back to the principal of said gift.
