Ten percent (10%) of the annual net income of the Fund to be reinvested permanently pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Said Foundation shall pay to TAKOMA PARK PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, currently located 310 Tulip Avenue, Takoma Park, Maryland, the remaining ninety percent (90%) of the annual net income as such income is received, in quarterly payments, beginning in the first full calendar quarter after establishment of the Fund, to be used pursuant to the terms of the Scholarship Fund Agreement between the grantor and Takoma Park Presbyterian Church dated May 24, 1988, as amended from time to time by the parties. The terms of the Fund shall be similar to those terms set forth in Designated Memorial Fund No. 86-665, except that the grantor desires that said Foundation memorialize this gift by designating it in its records as the STANLEY A. and WILHELMINA JASHEMSKI MEMORIAL FUND to be numbered appropriately.

To provide scholarship grants to worthy students who demonstrate deep religious commitment and intellectual excellence. Recipients of said scholarship grants are to be selected by an ecumenical committee appointed by the Session of the Takoma Park Presbyterian Church of Tacoma Park, Maryland, with the provision that the majority of the members of the committee are members in good standing of the United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A.
