Countryside Trinity Church

Muriel Lakey Scholarship Fund-42910 | 102240101256

To be used to establish a scholarship fund under the following restrictions: The scholarship is to be awarded on the basis of 1) membership in Countryside Trinity Church; 2) participation in the church's activities; 3) financial need. The scholarship is to be awarded to someone in post high school education, such as a vocation school, a trade school, a two or four year college, or a theological seminary. The Session (church council) should be in control of awarding the scholarship. The scholarship should be ordinarily and if possible awarded completely each year to one or more students. Since Countryside Trinity Church is the union of Countryside Church & Washington Ave. Presbyterian Church, if that union of January 4, 1998 should ever be dissolved into a division of a Presbyterian church and a United Church of Christ church, the scholarship should follow the Presbyterian section of the church.
