50% of the income to be used for youth ministries. Youth ministries are defined as programs for Kindergarten through College age, other than traditional Sunday School. Funds are not to be used for salaries, bricks and mortar, furniture and fixtures and other general overhead expenses. By way of example, but not limited to: funds may be used for travel expenses, camp and retreat fees, curriculum, leadership training and other expenses that enable programs and help youth participate in those programs. 50% on the income to be used for educational grants. Grants to be given to lay members of the church for furthering their education beyond high school with preference given to those seeking a future or participating in Christian work. Funds are to be administered by the session of the church. By way of example, but not limited to: Grants may be given to those attending Colleges, Universities, Seminaries, Bible schools, Trade schools for furtherance of their education. Applicants may be either full or part-time students. If there are no applicants for a period of three consecutive years, grants shall forever cease and all income shall be used for Youth ministries as described above.

Presbyterian Church of the Apostles, Burnsville, MN shall use these distributions to further the cause of peace and justice in this world. As a result of this objective, the distribution shall be used for helping organizations involved in the following kinds of activities: reducing hunger and/or homelessness; education of low-income individuals; empowerment of low-income individuals; or justice pertaining to women, minorities, or marginalized groups as directed by the Mission Council of the Presbyterian Church of the Apostles or its successor.

At the discretion of the Session, the net income from the Fund is to be used to seed and expand Presbyterian Church of the Apostles mission, ministries, and outreach, including support of its buildings and other capital needs. The net income is to be used for new and special projects, not for annual operating expenditures. Session reserves the right to reinvest the net income into principal or to accumulate the net income in an interest bearing account, both of which can be initiated and terminated with a written request by the Session to the Foundation. If, in the session's discretion, financial emergency arises which threatens the existence of the congregation, the principal portion may be invaded or borrowed against with a 3/4 vote of the Session.
