To provide a scholarship to the graduating senior who has been an active member of the congregation, or who in the opinion of the committee and the pastor, has provided strong leadership and participation in the Faith Presbyterian Church. The scholarship shall be awarded at the church baccalaureate service and forwarded to the post secondary school to be attended by the awardee. The size of the scholarship will be equal to the annual income and the first scholarship will be presented in the Spring of 1998
