In the event that the Second Presbyterian Church of St. Joseph, MO is dissolved or united with another church, the trustees of the Foundation shall determine the disposition of the fund. [On September 23, 2004 a FDN Resolution was approved to continue income distributions to the merged successor known as Trinity Presbyterian Church unitl the term date or if they cease to be part of or affiliated with the PCUSA.]
