Should the charitable beneficiary be merged or consolidated with any other church of the PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (U.S.A.), or consolidated with another charitable organization as described in Sections 170 (c), 170 (b) (1) (A), 2055 (a) and 2522 (a) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, then the net income from this gift shall be paid to the said merged church or organization to be used for the maintenance and upkeep of the cemetery on the grounds of Prospect Presbyterian Church, 7876 Poplar Springs Drive, Meridian, Mississippi 39305.
