To provide financial assistance to gifted and talented youth (typically ages 12-22) who need financial aid in order for them to participate in an enriching educational experience. The enriching educational experience by nature may be Christian and/or secular (i.e. music camp, literary camp, archeological dig, etc.). It is not to be used as a supplement for tuition. The selection of the youth be determined by individuals familiar with the youth such as D.C.E, Pastor(s), adult teachers of youth, public school counselors, and those who are knowledgeable of the enriching educational experiences available.

To be used by the Church for certain expenses for the annual Christmas party at the Church. Specifically, the expenses include treats for the children of the congregation, and presents for the Sunday School teachers. Any income in excess of costs for the Christmas party shall be used to underwrite White Christmas (canned food for the needy) at the Church.
